I absolutely agree with this statement.
Summer is the time of hiking, camping, long warm nights; discussions under the moon and the food are cooked on the fire. It is time of swimming in the sea, laying on the beach with warm pebbles (polished stones) and enjoy the sun. It is only time to eat hot corn and cold ice-cream at once.
It is the only time when you spend hours with your favorite book on the grass.
In summer you can eat only watermelons, raspberry, and peaches or make fresh tasty cocktails all day along. You can pick apricots or cherry directly from the trees and enjoy their taste.
In summer time you wear sarafans, colorful dresses, shorts and beautiful jewlery. You go barefoot, wear flip-flops, or whatever you want. It is time when you needn’t weary thousands of clothes on your son & listen to his suffering cry because he hates to put on clothes at all and that many especially.
In summer the flowers come out with beautiful colors and when you are in the mountains there is nothing better than this colorful landscape. I love the hot air, the feeling of the sun on my face and birds singing in the morning.
I am waiting summer the whole winter; I feel its breath in spring; I enjoy it every day during three sunny months, I feel sorry for it in the fall. If I can, I would live in a country, where the most days of the year are summer, in Spain or Italy, for example, and I would never long for the snow or the golden leaves on the trees.

Yulia, this is a beautiful piece of creative writing. It's poetic, very touching, very sooting, even has some humor thrown in it. If letters like that would be allowed for business correspondence you would have no problem. However, the thing I've been trying to teach you is not creative writing, but composition, which is VERY different. It's dry and logical, but it's something that helps you later write letters and business emails without "beating around the bush." You can still continue writing what you enjoy (creative writing) and I would love reading those pieces, but they will do little, if nothing, to improve your business writing.
Here are some comments on the mistakes.
1. & is NOT acceptable for writing
2. ; is not used appropriately here
3. swimming IN the sea
4. beach with warm polished stones/pebbles
5. enjoy the sun/ be pampered in the sun
6. It is the only time
7. pick cherry, etc. from the tree (not gather)
8. wear dresses/jumpers (not sarafans), beautiful jewelry, not "bijouterie"
9. wear flipflops (you can't say "go flip-flops"
10. needn't wear (not to wear)
11. its breath, not it's breath (Grammar mistake)
12. feel sorry
13. leaves (the plural for leaf)
