I am convinced, that online learning will take up a significant niche in the educational process shortly, but will never substitute traditional learning. It is obvious that online learning is in great demand among working professionals, young moms, and handicapped. It has number of benefits some of which are flexible schedule, convenient time, and no need to spend time on transportation. Nevertheless, there are factors that are critical for educational process such as dynamic discussion among students and a face–to-face interaction with a teacher. Besides education is not only gaining – academic knowledge, it includes student life also, which is impossible without life in campus. Accordingly, I view online learning as a supplementary option only.

Now I can see your line of reasoning and find that your introductory sentence actually matches the content. I also like the way you used the expression "gain new territory!" Very much to the point. And your use of the link words, such as "definitely" and "nevertheless" also was relevant. I feel like though you spent more time on the point that you do NOT support than on the one you DO. I felt like you could have written a few more sentences at the end to explain WHY and HOW your face-to-face interaction is more beneficial.
Here are some comments on vocabulary or grammar:
I am CONVINCED
but WILL never substitute
online (one word)
instead of (:) use AS there are.... students TAKING.... school systems USING.
A number of benefits, some of which are ... no need to spend time ON transportation.
"the employed".... better: working professionals
instead of "handicapped" use "physically impaired/challenged"
AS nothing can substitute (instead of ";")
A face-to-face interaction
and student life (better than campus life). You can also say "life on campus".
